What OrbitlyNow is

OrbitlyNow is an online learning program for children ages 5–14. Children learn with AI guides in short daily sessions, and parents follow progress in the parent dashboard. OrbitlyNow is a learning program — it is not an accredited school, and it does not issue diplomas, grades for transfer, or transferable credits. If your child is homeschooled, you remain responsible for your state’s or country’s homeschool requirements; the records in your parent dashboard are yours to keep and use.

Who can use OrbitlyNow

Accounts are created and owned by a parent or legal guardian. Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a child, give consent, and manage the account. Inside the program, a child is identified by a nickname and an age band only.

The waitlist and founding families

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in line; it is not a purchase and creates no obligation. The Founding family price is $199 per month, locked for families who enroll from the waitlist while founding enrollment is open. We will always show the current price on this website before you pay anything.

Subscriptions and payment

When paid enrollment opens, subscriptions are billed monthly to the parent account holder through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Prices for new families may change in the future, but a locked founding price stays locked while your subscription remains active.

Gifts

Anyone may buy a gift of OrbitlyNow time for one child. A gift is redeemed only by the child’s parent or legal guardian, who creates the account and gives consent. The gift buyer never provides us with any information about the child.

Acceptable use

OrbitlyNow is designed for children’s learning. Parents agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to make the guides produce content outside the program’s kid-safe design, by sharing account access outside their family, or by interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Safety and content

The guides teach inside a kid-safe design: a safety screen on every message, no requests for personal information, no social feed, no messaging, no contact with strangers, and no advertising to children. Learning content is generated and adapted for each child; while we work hard to keep it accurate and age-appropriate, parents remain the final judge of what suits their child, and the dashboard shows what was covered.

Intellectual property

The OrbitlyNow program, guides, characters, and materials belong to OrbitlyNow. Your family may use them as part of the service. Things your child creates inside the program — projects, drawings, and writing — belong to your family.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or add to the program over time, and we may update these terms. If we make a change that matters to your family, we will post it here and note the new date. Continuing to use OrbitlyNow after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

We provide the program carefully and in good faith, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes — every child learns at their own pace. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount your family has paid us in the previous twelve months.
