Plain language, on purpose. Last updated: October 2026.
Parents own the account. Children are never asked for personal information. We do not show ads to children, we do not sell data, and there is no social feed, no chat with strangers, and no public profile for any child. Ever.
Only a parent or legal guardian can create an OrbitlyNow account and enroll a child. Signup asks for the parent’s email and an explicit parental-consent confirmation. This follows the spirit and the requirements of the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): verifiable parental consent before any child uses the service.
Almost nothing, by design:
We never ask children for their school name, home address, photos, phone number, email, passwords, or location. The tutor is instructed never to request personal information, and if a child volunteers it, the tutor does not repeat or store it as profile data.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run OrbitlyNow (such as hosting, the AI model provider, email, and payments), only to the extent needed, and never for their own marketing.
At any time you can review your child’s learning records in the parent dashboard, ask us to correct them, withdraw consent, and delete your child’s data and the account. Deleting the account deletes the child’s learning records with it.
Reply to any OrbitlyNow email or reach us through the parent dashboard and we will answer in plain language, like this page.
This demonstration version of OrbitlyNow stores waitlist emails and learning sessions only in your own browser (local storage) to show how the product works. Nothing is transmitted or stored on a server in the demo.
